Our Mortgage Matters Direct brand is celebrating after scoring a perfect 5.0 star rating on Trustpilot, the consumer review website.
This now means the company is rated the number one mortgage broker in the England!
James Keable, Financial Services Manager at MMD, comments: “I am extremely proud to be able to tell you that our amazing team of Mortgage Advisers, CSA’s, Areas Managers and Support Staff have fought their way back to a perfect 5.0 Stars on Trustpilot.
“You can’t do any more than this and it is a true reflection of the effort and standards lived by our team every day and it’s not just my view, it’s our customers.
“We should all be very proud and excited to tell everyone that we can about how good our mortgage team is and recommend them to everyone that we speak to.”
How does Trust Pilot work?
TrustScore is represented numerically from 1 to 5. Each time a new review is posted and a reviewer rates a business, the overall TrustScore is recalculated. The formula for calculation considers three factors: time span, frequency, and Bayesian average.
Time span. TrustScore gives less weight to old reviews and more to new. The most recent review weighs the most, as new reviews give more insight into current customer satisfaction and a live feel of how a company is performing
Frequency. Businesses should continuously collect reviews to maintain their TrustScore. Because the most recent review weighs the most, the more frequently reviews are collected the more stable the TrustScore.
Bayesian Average: This ensures that a business with few reviews starts off with a balanced TrustScore. They automatically include the value of 7 reviews worth 3.5 stars each in all TrustScore calculations. As a business collects more reviews this becomes a smaller factor.
So, Trust Pilot rewards consistent quality over a long period of time, and that is exactly what MMD offers! Overall, the company is rated second best in the UK out of 145 mortgage brokers!
Congratulations to the team at MMD and keep up the good work!
